Everyone is talking about the latest creations emerging from the Diesel powerhouse and the most recent offering is already making waves in the fashion world. Unlike many brands who are currently introducing diffusion and bridge lines, Diesel have opted for a different route, almost creating a new brand to push the Diesel concept even further. It is aimed at the loyal customer who has grown up with Diesel and now demands a more mature collection, a customer whose taste has shifted from the merely fashionable, to an eye for detail, texture, fabric and cut.
For AW09 we travel back in time to the start of the Great Depression with jazz era influenced clothes appearing stained, aged and broken down. Sturdy boots, lots of layering and an oversize bag complete the look and ensure we’re prepared for current recession eventualities.
